Supporting the competitiveness of enterprises in tourist destinations through supply-side qualification interventions and product/service innovation organizational strategy. Innovative investments in the tourist accommodation sector. DGR 1390/2020

Description of the Intervention:

The intervention executed under the "call for contributions to support innovative investments in the digital field within the tourism accommodation sector to support the recovery of tourist demand after the COVID-19 emergency" by the Veneto Region involved a series of technological upgrades aimed at enhancing the services provided.

Key improvements included the integration of the Italian language into the platform and the refinement of website security protocols, ensuring a safer and more user-friendly experience. Furthermore, a telematics management system was introduced for bookings and guest registrations, streamlining daily operations and boosting service efficiency.

In addition, a Wi-Fi video intercom system was installed, enabling remote door management via a dedicated app, which enhances both security and convenience for guests. Lastly, a new tablet was acquired to further facilitate operations and improve service delivery.

The total contribution received for these initiatives amounted to €5,898, in accordance with Article 19 of the call for proposals.
